If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email us within 30 days and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
We stand behind our products. Because we sell digital goods that are delivered instantly, we rely on an honesty-based policy rather than requiring you to "return" anything. If something went wrong or you simply changed your mind, just reach out.
Send a message to support@componentkit.cowith the subject line "Refund request" and the email address you used to purchase.
We'll acknowledge your request on the next business day and initiate the refund through Dodo Payments.
Dodo Payments processes the return to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date. We do not require a reason — but if something didn't work as expected, we'd love to know so we can improve the product.
After a refund is issued, your license to use the component is revoked. We ask that you delete all copies of the downloaded files from your devices and projects. We trust our customers to do this.
We reserve the right to decline a refund if there is clear evidence of bad faith — for example, purchasing, downloading, and immediately requesting a refund multiple times. In such cases we may issue a warning and block future purchases.
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, email us and we'll refund the duplicate charge immediately, no 30-day window required.
If you did not receive your download link email within 30 minutes of purchase, contact us before requesting a refund — we can usually resend it instantly. If we cannot deliver the product, we will refund you in full regardless of the 30-day window.
